The Favells are fundraising for this amazing charity to support the 105,000 people living with a spinal cord injury in the UK.

Kate joined the charity in 2022 raising money for the life-saving research they fund to improve quality of life after paralysis. Over this time she has enlisted the support of Freya, Leo and Rich with fundraising activities and events! 

For the last 2 years, the whole family have taken part in the Superhero Triathlon event at the Olympics Rowing Lake in Dorney to raise awareness of disability and the work of Stoke Mandeville Spinal Research (pictures below!).

We are back again on Saturday 17th August and this year we will be doing all 3 disciplines - swim, cycle and run!
