SMSR hosts first two-day training workshop

How sensitive are you to hot and cold pain triggers? SMSR was delighted to welcome psychologists from the University of Buckingham together with clinicians from the NSIC to participate in its first two-day workshop on diagnosing neuropathic pain following a spinal cord injury.  Held in SMSR’s Applied Neurolab, the hands-on practical course offered valuable insights and experience in trying quantitative sensory testing.  The course was led by Dr’s Julian Taylor, Dr Bethel Osuagwu from SMSR along with Diego Serrano from Hospital Paraplegics, Toledo.
